We review applications within 1–2 business days. Accepted testers get a license key and onboarding instructions.

Run the toolkit in your lab, push every button, and tell us what works, what breaks, and what is missing.

What We Expect from Beta Testers

▸ Test in a lab environment only — never production
▸ Submit feedback regularly — bugs, feature requests, and what you like
▸ Complete a feedback survey when your beta period ends — this is required for any future reactivation
▸ Be honest — we would rather hear what sucks than what is great

This is pre-release software provided for evaluation and testing purposes only. DO NOT USE IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS. Beta software may contain bugs that could modify, corrupt, or delete phone configurations, line settings, user profiles, voicemail settings, and other CUCM/Unity Connection parameters.

By applying for beta access, you acknowledge that: (a) you will only test in non-production or lab environments; (b) you will maintain full backups of any systems you connect to; (c) Collab Cowboy LLC bears no liability for any changes, damage, or disruption caused by beta software; (d) you will provide feedback on your experience when requested.

COLLAB COWBOY TOOLKIT — EULA (Summary)

The software is licensed, not sold. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense it. All intellectual property belongs to Collab Cowboy LLC. The software is provided “as is” with no warranty. Liability is capped at fees paid ($0 for beta). You agree to indemnify Collab Cowboy LLC. Governed by the laws of Georgia.
