Changing the same field on phone after phone in the CUCM GUI is the tax every admin pays. BAT and raw SOAP are faster but blind. A bad CSV and you find out in production. Phone Blitz is a spreadsheet-style grid over every phone in the cluster. Search by any field, edit device and line settings, call forwards, speed dials, and BLFs inline, then push the same change, or a wildcard-driven one, across hundreds of phones in a single queued apply.

Why teams reach for it
Fleet-wide changes without the BAT-and-pray routine.
No BAT, no CSV round-trip. Edit in a live grid against the real cluster instead of exporting, editing in Excel, importing, and praying the import holds.
Wildcards do the per-phone math. One rule with {user} / {dn} / {mac} resolves correctly on every device, so a fleet change isn’t a thousand hand edits.
Queued and parallel. Eight workers push the change set at once: re-home a device pool or swap a CSS across 200 phones in minutes.
